Overview

Nestled in the heart of Sevilla’s historic Casco Antiguo, Piano Piano invites diners to embark on a genuine Italian culinary journey. This quaint spot stands out as a sanctuary for lovers of authentic pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian flavors, all served within a cozy, welcoming setting.

The restaurant’s location at C. Almte. Lobo offers a charming backdrop, perfect for a relaxed meal whether you’re unwinding after exploring the cobblestone streets or seeking a quiet escape from the bustling city. The atmosphere is intimate without being cramped, making it a great choice for couples, families, or small groups craving a true taste of Italy.

Piano Piano shines with its expertly crafted dishes that celebrate Italian tradition while capturing local freshness. From the rich Risotto Al Nero Di Sepia to the comforting layers of Lasagna Manzo, the menu is thoughtfully curated to balance rustic and refined. Their pasta offerings, such as the popular Tagliatelle Funghi and creamy Alfredo, emphasize quality ingredients and balanced seasoning, a highlight echoed by regular guests. The variety of pizzas, baked to a perfect Neapolitan-style crust, offers choices from the classic Margherita to creative options like the Pizza Búfala and the hearty Calzone. This combination of crispy yet tender textures with fresh toppings consistently wins praise.

Complementing the food, the bar selections feature Italian-inspired cocktails like Aperol Spritz and refreshing mojitos, alongside a well-chosen wine list and even sangria blanca, providing versatile pairings that enhance the dining experience. This makes Piano Piano not only a place for dinner but also an inviting spot for an aperitif or casual drinks.

Guests appreciate Piano Piano for its generous portions, reasonable pricing, and notably fresh preparation, which can occasionally lead to slightly longer waits during peak hours—a testament to its commitment to quality over speed. The attentive service and friendly vibe complete the experience, though visitors should note that some extras, like the bread basket, come with a small charge.

Overall, Piano Piano is a standout choice for those seeking authentic Italian cuisine in Sevilla's historic center. Whether you’re indulging in a perfectly balanced pizza, savoring traditional pasta dishes, or enjoying a well-crafted cocktail, the restaurant promises a memorable meal that combines comforting flavors with a serene atmosphere. It is especially well-suited for diners who value genuine ingredients, relaxed settings, and a touch of Italian charm away from the typical tourist haunts.

A Hidden Gem for Wine, Pasta, and Pizza Lovers!Tucked away among several other restaurants, this spot is a true hidden gem! The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to enjoy a delicious glass of wine. Their cannoli spinach pasta is an absolute must-try—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I was also blown away by the pizza, which had the ideal combination of crispy crust and fresh toppings. If you’re looking for a relaxing meal with fantastic food and wine, this place should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a quiet, tasty escape from the usual restaurant scene.

We were looking for a pasta place (one day before the marathon) and we found Piano Piano. The food was great. The pizza is giant and tasty. It was so full so we waited almost 40min for the pasta but it's understandable. Prices are reasonable and the location of the restaurant is awesome.

Good prices and big portions. But carbonara was full of bacon fat, not bacon. Pizza is great, very tasty. Also they include service in the bill (1.20€ per person)

It was during the typical Spanish siesta time where most restaurants don’t serve any food. My kids were hungry and wanted proper food. We came here while walking along the area. We ordered lasagna manzo and bufala pizza. When the pizza came we were a little disappointed to see no chunks of cheese but was told it’s all mixed in and melted. One bite and we approved. The crust is proper think Neapolitan style. The tomatoes were perfect cherry and the cheese was tasty. The lasagna was out of this world tasty! One of the best I’ve had and I am sure I’ve had many to compare with. I would definitely recommend to try if you’re looking for Italian food in this area. (We also ordered a pitcher of sangria blanca and that’s also very tasty and not too alcoholic) Edit: be aware that the bread basket is not free. They put it on the table and when asked earlier was told its included. But it’s actually €1.20 pp. FYI.

We came upon this place by chance whilst visiting Sevilla. Sat outside on a beautiful late September day. Ordered one chicken pizza between us as we had seen how big they were. A reasonable wait which proves how freshly prepared and cooked it was. Truly wonderful and "washed down" with an ice cold cerveza. I would wholeheartedly recommend Piano Piano.

An excellent experience! We're still here, but I'd already like to recommend this restaurant. The service is attentive, warm without being intrusive, and the dishes are of the highest quality, both in taste and presentation. A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend. We'll be back with pleasure.
